We ship all PULUMA e-bikes directly from our central European warehouses (including Poland and Germany). Standard delivery to most EU countries takes 3–7 business days. Since the bikes are dispatched within the EU, there are no extra customs duties, VAT, or hidden import fees for our European customers.

Every PULUMA electric mountain bike and fat tire bike is equipped with a high-capacity, fully removable, and lockable lithium-ion battery. On a single charge, you can achieve an estimated range of 50–120 km using pedal-assist mode, depending on the terrain, rider weight, and assist level. You can easily remove the battery to charge it indoors or charge it directly on the bike frame.
( Each model is different. If the dual motor consumes more power and requires shorter mileage, we have provided reference endurance values for each product page.)
To ensure a hassle-free unboxing experience, all PULUMA e-bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled in a heavy-duty protective box. We provide all the necessary tools atutorial in the package. You will only need about 15–20 minutes to install the front wheel, handlebars, display, and pedals before your first ride.
At pulumabike.com, we offer a 1-year comprehensive warranty on core components including the frame, electric motor, and battery to support our quality. If you need replacement parts or technical support, our dedicated European customer service team will respond within 24 hours. After confirming the fault issue, we will ship the parts by air freight to minimize your downtime. If you don't know better accessories, we will provide corresponding video replacement tutorials.
